MPs Grill Cabinet Secretary Charity Ngilu over 'Illegal' Appointments

Lands Cabinet Secretary Charity Ngilu was yesterday grilled by Members of Parliament over "illegal" appointments in her ministry.

Among the accusation against Charity Ngilu of are that she appointed Peter Kahuho to be the Director General of Lands position, a position that does not exist under the law.
