Ian Mbugua joins ‘KADOGO’ economy

The hoi polloi’s kadogo economy is slowly creeping to the malls and celebs holing   in these hoods have embraced   it. Most recently, Heads Up moles bumped into TPF judge Ian Mbugua “the nasty” walking into T-Mall to buy milk from the kadogo corner.
